Air Quality readings for PM 2.5 Particulate Matter of 2.5 microns and less continues to register in the UnHealthy for Sensitive Groups with 3 readings between June 8 and 14th in the Orange UnHealthy Zone on EPA Air Quality Index chart.
2.5 micro particles are smaller and more dangerous than PM 10 particles at 10 microns. The smaller 2.5 PM particles can enter into the smaller passage ways of the human respiratory system and potentially cause greater damage to human health.
